3. Client Sub-Account Separation

Our clients (plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians, and detailers) utilize the Growth Flow Pro operating system within their own isolated sub-accounts. The agency sales website data and individual contractor client customer databases are completely segregated. A consumer's consent granted to an individual plumbing business is never transferred to, accessed by, or utilized by Growth Flow Pro or any other client.

4. Mobile Messaging & Opt-Out (STOP / HELP)

If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from Growth Flow Pro:

• Opt-Out: You may reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to immediately cease receiving text messages from that number.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@growthflowpro.com.
• Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Data Retention & Security

We employ industry-standard organizational and technical security measures to protect consumer data against unauthorized disclosure, loss, or alteration. We retain customer records only for as long as necessary to fulfill business purposes or comply with statutory retention obligations.
