Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "Contractor", or "User") and THE ATW GROUP LLC, doing business as Growth Flow Pro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, requesting a demonstration, or subscribing to the Growth Flow Pro system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Scope & Prohibition on Resale
Growth Flow Pro provides subscription marketing, inquiry capture, speed-to-lead follow-up, calendar booking, review monitoring, and social media scheduling services directly to independent home service businesses (including plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians, and detailers).
3. Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms & Carrier Notice
When you opt in to receive text messages from Growth Flow Pro, or when you configure client customer workflows:
- Sending Business Identity: Messages will identify Growth Flow Pro (operated by THE ATW GROUP LLC) as the sender.
- Message Purpose: Communications may include demo confirmations, meeting reminders, customer support updates, and (only where separately selected) marketing announcements.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on interaction type. Demo and scheduling communications are event-driven. Marketing texts (if opted in) typically average 2-4 messages per month.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier agreement.
- STOP Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the sending number. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation text acknowledging your cancellation.

- Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Client Account Independence & Messaging Compliance
Each subscriber is an independent business operator. Subscribers who activate customer-facing messaging (such as missed-call text-back or appointment reminders) agree that:
- They must complete their own verified A2P 10DLC brand registration under their legal business name.
- They will not send automated text messages until their campaign registration is approved and tested.
- Customer consent forms must explicitly identify the subscriber's own business name.
- They will honor all consumer STOP and opt-out requests immediately.
- They will strictly respect local quiet hours (no automated messaging between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local recipient time).
We do not warrant or guarantee specific lead counts, search engine or Google Business Profile rankings, appointment volumes, or revenue results. Growth Flow Pro provides the software and workflow infrastructure; ultimate business performance depends on local market demand, contractor reputation, technician skill, customer responsiveness, and competitive pricing.
6. Subscription Fees & Cancellation
Subscribers agree to the monthly fee established in their service agreement ($297/mo for Core or $497/mo for Plus). Subscriptions recur monthly until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to support@growthflowpro.com. Advertising spend, third-party software licenses, and carrier telephony charges are separate where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall THE ATW GROUP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the system.
